How Does Baylor Even Have Enough Guys To Play Tonight With So Many Dudes Not In Pads Partying On the Sidelines?

What’s the deal with Baylor?   Like if you go to school there can you just put on a shirt and dance on the sidelines?  That must be it.  Seriously this has to be some sort of record for most guys not in pads in the history of a sidelines right?
